Our homes are built with wide doorways, low counter-tops and sinks, and roll-in showers to facilitate wheelchairs. The homes provide the best possible environment to assist in the training and learning of independent skills. |

Photos By Maile Klein Any developmentally disabled person with the potential to benefit from Angel View's individual care programs is eligible for service, regardless of race or religion. Upon admission, clients are evaluated by a team of professionals including physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapists, a psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, nurse and a dietician. As a result of these evaluations, a specific treatment program is formulated to meet the needs of each individual. The resident is then carefully monitored and reevaluated regularly for progress. |

Most of our youngsters attend school in the local public school system where they can interact and become friends with other physically challenged students, as well as able-bodied youths. Angel View clients are frequently escorted to local theaters, banks, shopping centers, libraries, parks and tourist attractions throughout the valley. |
